Delete your account

You can delete your DoNow account and everything in it from inside the app, or from here if you no longer have it installed.

What gets deleted

• your account identity — email, display name, and sign-in record,
• every task rule and the occurrences generated from it, including your completion history,
• your subscription entitlement record.

Deletion is immediate on our systems; residual copies in backups age out on the normal backup cycle. See the Privacy Policy for the full detail.

What this does not do

Deleting your DoNow account does not cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription — those are billed by the store, not by us, and deleting your account here has no effect on that billing. Cancel first in your App Store or Google Play account settings if you don't want it to renew.

From inside the app

Open the drawer and choose Delete account, at the bottom, below Sign out. Confirming there deletes everything immediately — this is the fastest way and needs nothing further from us.

Without the app

Email softsubuser@gmail.com from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We action deletion requests within 30 days and confirm when it's done.
