Terms of Service

The short version: DoNow is free to use, supported by ads. DoNow Pro is an optional subscription that removes them. Use it honestly, and your data stays yours either way. The rest of this page says the same thing more carefully.

1. Who these terms are between

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Muhammed Rifat Hossain, trading as UplifeWay ("we", "us", "our"), the developer and operator of the DoNow mobile application ("DoNow", "the app"). You can reach us at softsubuser@gmail.com.

By creating an account or using DoNow you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.

2. The licence you get

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use DoNow on devices you own or control, for your own planning. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or reverse engineer the app or any part of it, except where a law you are subject to permits it despite this restriction. Your use must also comply with the terms of the store you installed it from (Apple's App Store or Google Play).

3. Your account

DoNow requires sign-in with a Google or Apple account. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping access to it secure. You must be at least 13 years old — or older where your country sets a higher minimum age for consenting to a service like this — to use DoNow.

4. Subscriptions, billing and renewal

DoNow is free to use: every feature is available on every account, supported by ads. DoNow Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription that removes ads, purchased through the App Store or Google Play:

The price is shown in the app and on the store listing before you purchase, in your local currency. Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.

Renewal. Your subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is switched off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your store account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends, at the price shown for the plan at that time.

Cancelling. Subscriptions are managed and cancelled in your App Store or Google Play account settings — not inside the app, because neither platform allows an app to do it. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. When a subscription ends, ads simply come back — your access and your data are unaffected either way, as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Refunds

Purchases are made through Apple or Google, and refunds are handled by them under their own policies. We cannot issue refunds directly. To request one, use Apple's reportaproblem.apple.com or Google Play's order history.

6. Your content

The tasks, notes and schedules you create in DoNow are yours. We claim no ownership of them. You grant us only the limited right to store and process them as needed to run the service — syncing them between your devices and showing them back to you. We do not read, mine, sell, or advertise against your content.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to interfere with or disrupt the service, probe or circumvent its access controls, use it to store unlawful content, or resell access to it. We may suspend or terminate an account that does.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep DoNow available and useful, but the service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features. If we make a change that materially reduces what your active subscription gives you, we will take reasonable steps to notify you in advance.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

DoNow is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

One product-specific point deserves stating plainly: DoNow schedules its reminders on your device, and the operating system may delay or suppress any notification — in low-power modes, in focus modes, after a forced stop, or for its own reasons. Do not rely on DoNow for anything safety-critical or where missing a reminder would cause real harm or loss.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to DoNow is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Termination

You may stop using DoNow at any time; cancelling the subscription in your store account ends the billing. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms. On termination, the licence in section 2 ends; sections that by their nature should survive (6, 9, 11) survive. To have your data deleted, see the Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of its courts — without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. The "last updated" date below always says when. For a material change we will give notice in the app or by email before it takes effect; continuing to use DoNow after that is acceptance of the updated Terms.
